Days in the Life of a Pattaya Hotel Owner

We have now reached the closing date of our competition and the results show that none of you who entered should feel any better or worse than any of the others — except Martin. Fortunately I have met Martin several times and his beautiful girlfriend Nid — at least he got it right once!

This was, as far as I am concerned, a little bit of harmless amusement and was not intended to make fun of anyone of any gender. I think, though, what it has proved is that some transsexuals can look every bit as feminine as biological women and distinguishing one from the other can be almost impossible. Through the process of researching this competition and the subject of transsexuals I have come to change the way I view these people. I used to think firmly of Katoeys as men, but now I am minded to feel that if someone believes they are a woman, dresses as if they were a woman, undergoes surgery to enhance their feminine characteristics then they are a woman and should be regarded as such.

Anyway thanks to all of you who popped in for a look at the Blog whilst the competition was running and especially to those of you who took the time to enter.
